Here's a clean shipping policy built around your three product types.
Shipping Policy
Digital Products (Sample Packs, Courses, Downloads)
Digital products are delivered instantly via email or your account portal upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@noquantize.com.
Merchandise (Apparel and Accessories)
All merchandise is made on demand through Printful. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time is added on top of fulfillment. Printful
Domestic (US): 3 to 4 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from order date. Sandcasp
International: 5 to 20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination. Customs processing may add additional time. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Sandcasp
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
CDs and Vinyl
CDs and vinyl ship from our location in Los Angeles. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. International orders may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@noquantize.com with your order number. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful

Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at info@noquantize.com before your order goes into production or fulfillment.
