Domestic: We offer ground delivery to North America. Any import fees or taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer.
International: We offer worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any import fees or taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. We do not cover the cost to package or ship your return. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in unused condition. Once your return has been received and authorized, we will reimburse you within 7 days. No Quantize reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above.
Custom items are not eligible for return.
Cancellation
Orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after purchase. Please email us immediately at info@noquantize.com if you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
