Refund Policy

Digital Products (Sample Packs, Courses, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@noquantize.com and we will make it right.

Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories)

Our merchandise is made on demand through Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind.

We will issue a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email info@noquantize.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Printful

Size exchanges are not available as each item is produced on demand. A new order would need to be placed. Shopify

CDs and Vinyl

CDs and vinyl may be returned within 14 days of receipt if the item arrives damaged or defective. Items must be in original, unopened condition to qualify for a return. We do not cover return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on opened CDs or vinyl.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical merchandise order, please contact us immediately at info@noquantize.com. Because orders are sent to production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted.

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as posting may take several business days. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@noquantize.com.
