Master Clearance

Master clearance is guaranteed for all No Quantize sample packs. Please read the appropriate license below.

ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE

By purchasing a Royalty-Free sample pack, we grant you—the paying customer—the right to use our copyrighted material (intellectual property) without the need to pay royalties or license fees per use, per copy or volume sold, or for any specific time period of use or sales.

However, if you place a record using our samples on a Major Record Label or a Qualifying Independent Label, you are required to:

  • Give co-production credit to Sarah Debnam, aka Sarah, The Illstrumentalist

  • Contact us at info@noquantize.com

Definitions

Major Record Label
A “Major Record Label” refers to any record label or company that:

  1. Is a parent or subsidiary of, or shares common ownership with, one of the major distributors in the United States (currently: Sony, Universal, and Warner Music Group/WEA),

  2. Is affiliated with one of the independent distributors offering national distribution, including but not limited to: Ryko, Caroline, InGrooves, The Orchard, Rounder, Kobalt/AWAL, BMG, ADA, and E1,

  3. Has records distributed by any such major or indie label, company, or distributor (including the Company’s own label).

Qualifying Independent Label
A “Qualifying Independent Label” means any record label, company, or individual not defined as a Major Record Label above, but that:

  • Has distributed any album or master that has exceeded 100,000 streams in a single calendar month on Apple Music, Spotify, and/or YouTube, or

  • Has exceeded 1,000,000 total cumulative streams across those platforms.

  • Name of the sample

  • Name of the library the sample came from

  • Description of how the sample is used

  • Name of the artist and label requesting use

  • Title of the song

  • Contact info (email & phone number)
