Returns
Rugs can be returned within 3 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. We do not cover the cost to package or ship your return. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in unused condition. Once your return has been received and authorized, we will reimburse you within 7 days. No Quantize reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above.
Custom rugs are not eligible for return.

Unpacking Your Rug
Your rug will arrive rolled and cold - shake it out to loosen up the fibers. Let the rug lay out for 24 hours to flatten completely. Expect some natural shedding.

Wool is a naturally self-cleaning material. Vacuum on high pile for regular cleaning and maintenance. Address any spills immediately by blotting with a damp cloth.
